Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise applications and business strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at DocuSign since June 2021, Ritesh leads a global team specializing in MarTech, CRM systems, and customer support applications, successfully spearheading a global CRM transformation. Prior to DocuSign, Ritesh held various positions at HP, including Head of ERP BI, where management of a skilled team focused on critical projects. Ritesh also served as Senior Manager at Electronic Arts, contributing to business strategy and digital revenue architecture, along with a brief tenure at Netflix leading financial application transformations. Ritesh began a career at Symantec as a Business Process Manager, implementing key ERP modules. Ritesh holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from FORE School of Management and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
