Simon Johnson

Simon Johnson is a senior director of Customer Success Management for APJ at DocuSign, bringing over 15 years of expertise in customer success, account management, and technology-centric business development. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Google, where they managed a large team focused on client retention and revenue growth, and at Okta, where they led the Customer Success organization across APAC. Simon's earlier experience includes work as a Country Sales Manager at Dell EMC and inside sales positions at MYOB. They hold an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Newcastle.
