Team Lead - Customer Success

Stephan Jesch currently serves as the Lead Customer Success Manager at DocuSign, a position held since May 2018, providing consultancy and guidance to enterprise customers in utilizing DocuSign's Agreement Cloud. Prior to this, Stephan was a Senior Customer Success Architect and a Customer Success Architect at DocuSign. Stephan took a sabbatical from July 2017 to April 2018, traveling and studying coding while self-employed. Earlier experience includes strategic partnership management at Google, overseeing relationships with key app developers in the DACH, NL, and DK regions, and serving as an Online Marketing Manager at MANN+HUMMEL Group, responsible for digital marketing initiatives. Stephan began a career at MANN+HUMMEL as a Business & Engineering Trainee while pursuing an engineering degree. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
