Steve Lind

Steve Lind is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Architect at DocuSign since October 2017, Steve drives growth through digital transformation initiatives and enhances adoption of the DocuSign solution for enterprise accounts. Prior to DocuSign, Steve held the position of Senior Project Manager at The Ohio State University, implementing its first electronic signature solution, and similarly served as a Senior Project Manager at Exel, where a global timekeeping strategy was developed. In earlier roles at Nationwide Financial, Steve contributed to establishing a Program Management Office and managed web development for a large portfolio, and at EDS Group, Steve delivered complex projects in various environments. Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lake Superior State University.
