Yancy Widmer

Yancy Widmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace experience and design. Currently serving as Director of Workplace Experience at DocuSign since January 2022, Yancy previously held the position of Director of Experience Design for Global Operations at Nike, focusing on mentorship, team leadership, and collaboration with global partners. Yancy's governance expertise as Board Chair for Intersection for the Arts involved overseeing strategic direction during a transition phase. As an Associate Partner and Executive Director of Experience at IDEO, Yancy contributed to scaling workplace experience across multiple studios worldwide. Earlier roles include Facilities & Office Services Manager at more.com, Facilities Manager at Burson-Marsteller, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marriott International.
