Nelson Higgins Xct

Nelson Higgins XCT has a diverse work experience in the property damage estimation industry. Nelson started their career in 2011 as an Appraiser at SPECS ltd, where they worked until 2013. Nelson then joined EnviroBate as a Property Damage Appraiser for a year. In 2014, they joined ClaimsPro Inc. as an Xactimate Specialist and worked there until 2019. During their time at ClaimsPro Inc., they developed expertise in using Xactimate software for estimating damages.

In 2019, Nelson took on multiple roles simultaneously. Nelson became the Canadian Reseller Representative at Docu Sketch Canada, where they worked until 2023. At the same time, they also became a Co-Owner of Exactimators Property Estimating, where they assisted individuals and firms with understanding and utilizing Xactimate software for estimating property damages.

In 2023, Nelson Higgins XCT joined DocuSketch as the Vice President - North America, a role in which they currently serve.

Nelson Higgins XCT completed the Xactware Certified Trainer Program in 2015, where they obtained the XCT Xactimate Certified Trainer degree.
