Eric T.

Eric T. has a diverse work experience history, starting with their role as a Technical Tier II Customer Service Representative at Convergys from March 2006 to September 2007. During this time, they provided support to DirecTV customers, troubleshooting equipment issues and helping with billing inquiries.

Eric then joined Wells Fargo as an Operations Clerk 2 from January 2008 to November 2010. In this role, Eric securely managed money transactions for business customers in Arizona. Eric was known for their communication and problem-solving skills, which helped the team meet deadlines and resolve deposit issues efficiently.

From September 2010 to February 2011, Eric worked as a Contracted Designer at Einatos Games, where they created and released the game Aquard. Eric'sresponsibilities included managing the art and scripting, delegating tasks to team members, and conducting user testing and debugging to ensure a fun and problem-free gaming experience.

After that, they joined the US Department of Homeland Security as a Lead Transportation Security Officer from July 2012 to February 2016. In this position, Eric performed pre-board security screenings, ensuring a smooth flow of passengers, baggage, and cargo through the screening checkpoint.

Most recently, Eric served as a Senior Partner Relationship Manager at Docutech® from March 2016 onwards. In this role, they troubleshoot software issues and incompatibilities between multiple companies, conducts thorough analyses for XML files, and communicates regularly with various companies to integrate them with Docutech software. Eric also provides support to team members with their integrations.

Eric T. attended Collins College from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Game Design.
