Jamie Mottern

Jamie Mottern has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2019 to present, they worked as the SVP of Partnerships & Strategy for Docutech®. Prior to that, they worked at Citi for four years, holding roles such as SVP of Vendor Strategy for the US Retail Bank and Mortgage and SVP of Chief of Staff for Global CitiMortgage. Jamie also worked at BJC HealthCare as a Director and Group Manager, and at Dell Perot Systems as an Ambulatory Implementation Services Manager. Jamie has also been a candidate for Woman of the Year at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and served as a Quality Consultant for Performance Measurement at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in operations, strategy, and management.

Jamie Mottern received an MBA degree with a focus in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they attended from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospital Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, attending from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Jamie holds various certifications in areas such as Six Sigma Black Belt (trained), Green Belt (certified), Project Management, Lean, Root Case Analysis, Accelerating Change in Transitions, NextGen, Allscripts, and GE Centricity EHR.
