Janelle Lindseth

Janelle Lindseth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Janelle began their career at Bank of America in 1997, where they held various roles including Process Design Consultant and Business Support Manager. In these positions, they provided support and training for associates in executive relations and managed an internal call center.

In 2015, Janelle joined Prospect Mortgage, LLC as a Business Transformation Program Manager. Their responsibilities included leading a team of Project Managers in implementing initiatives aligned with the company's strategic vision. Janelle focused on streamlining processes and updating systems to support a more efficient loan origination process.

From 2016 to 2017, Janelle worked at Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the Director of Channel Support. In this role, they built a team responsible for analyzing defect reporting and process improvements in mortgage operations. Their team worked closely with each channel to identify areas for improvement and ensure associates had the necessary resources to perform their job effectively.

Currently, Janelle is employed at Docutech as a Senior Product Manager. Janelle started in 2017 and has held various positions within the company. As a Senior Project Manager, they oversaw the successful execution of projects from June 2017 to November 2018. Janelle then became the Senior Enterprise Execution Manager, focusing on the implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives until July 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Product Manager.

Throughout their career, Janelle has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, implement strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements. Their extensive experience in the financial services industry has equipped their with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
