Jonathan Shafer

Jonathan Shafer has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations management, partner relationships, and technical support. Jonathan most recently worked at Docutech® as an Operations Senior Manager, overseeing partnerships. Prior to that, they served as the Partner Relationship Team Manager and Senior Partner Relationship Manager at the same company. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Integration Manager at Docutech®. Before joining Docutech®, Jonathan worked at Charter Oak Federal Credit Union as a Desktop/Daily Ops Technician, where they led cross-departmental collaboration projects and provided support for a network of over 400 computers. Jonathan also gained experience as a Computer Technician at Niantic Bay Computer Solutions, where they logged work for residential and commercial customers, diagnosed and resolved system issues, and troubleshoot networking components.

Jonathan Shafer has a diverse education history. Jonathan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Informatics at Idaho State University from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2013 to 2016. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they attended Three Rivers Community College - Company, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013. Jonathan began their higher education journey at Cape Cod Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on Computer and Information Sciences, though they did not obtain a degree during that time.
