Help Desk Manager at Docutech

Joshua B. has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an Electronics Service Technician at Inovar, Inc. Joshua then joined Corporation Service Company in 2012 as a Technical Support employee. Later that year, they joined Docutech® as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining XML Schema Definitions, database entries, SQL stored procedures, and troubleshooting/reproducing reported issues. Joshua also assisted with SQL Server Reporting Services and Integration Services needs and performed manual software testing. In 2018, they became a Tier 3 Manager at Docutech®, and then in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Help Desk Manager.

Joshua B. began their education at Rigby High School, where they obtained their diploma in 1996. After completing high school, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Murray from 1996 to 1997, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.

Joshua later returned to ITT Technical Institute-Murray in 2000 and graduated in 2001 with another Associate of Applied Science degree, this time in the field of Electronics Engineering Technology.

In 2009, Joshua B. enrolled at Stevens-Henager College, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Programming in 2012.
