Dani Leca

Dani Leca has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. They most recently worked at ShelterZoom as the VP of Engineering & Product since February 2023. Before that, they worked at Microsoft in multiple roles, including as a Start-up Mentor from April 2022 to February 2023, a Support Engineering Manager for Azure Rapid Response (Virtual Machines) from November 2021 to February 2023, and a Support Engineering Manager for Azure (Networking) from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior to Microsoft, Dani was an Engineering Manager & Business Advisor at Coingrig, a FinTech start-up focused on blockchain, DeFi, Web3, and NFT, from March to July 2022. They also have experience as a Start-up Mentor & Business Advisor during their self-employment from January 2005 to June 2022. Additionally, Dani worked as a Technical Support Manager & Strategic Leader at Honeywell from June 2014 to November 2018, as a Network Operations Center Team Leader at Deutsche Telekom - B2B Europe from July 2013 to June 2014, and as a Customer Support Coordinator at GTS Telecom from January 2012 to July 2013. They also held various positions at GTS Telecom, including as a Network Operations Center Engineer from February 2010 to June 2011, a Senior Customer Support Engineer from June 2009 to February 2010, and a Customer Support Engineer from March 2007 to June 2009.

Dani Leca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Domestic and International Commercial and Financial-Banking Relations from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Dani pursued another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universitatea Ecologică din București, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to their university education, Dani Leca completed their high school education at Liceul Teoretic "Nicolae Iorga" from 2000 to 2005.
