Andre Brown

Andre Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military and governmental operations, currently serving as a Program Director and Project Manager at the DoD Inspector General since September 2019. Previously, Andre held the role of Lieutenant Colonel at the DoD Inspector General, providing military advisory support in contract management and contingency operations. Prior to that, Andre was a Brigade Operations Officer for the US Army, and served as Division Chief and Chief of Operations at the National Security Agency, focusing on security solutions and cross-domain information sharing. Andre has also held various leadership positions within the US Army, ensuring robust communications and network defense. Education includes a BS in Computer Science from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, an MA in Information Technology from Webster University, and completion of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
