Eileen A. Ma

Chief, Customer Experience at DoD Platform One

Eileen A. MA, MPM, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eileen currently serves as the Chief, Customer Experience at DoD Platform One since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Deputy Group Commander at the 543rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group from January 2020 to July 2023. Eileen's career began in the United States Air Force where they served as a Supervisor from October 2008 to January 2020. Eileen also gained experience as an Analyst in the US Navy from March 2008 to October 2008 and as a Consultant in the US Army from January 2007 to March 2008. Eileen's early years were spent as an Officer in the United States Air Force from June 1995 to January 2007.

Eileen A. MA, MPM, PMP has a Master of Project Management degree with a focus on Change Management and Strategic Innovation from Colorado State University Global, obtained between 2015 and 2019. Eileen also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Troy University, earned between 1999 and 2003. Eileen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from California State University-Sacramento in 1995. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Law degree in Cyber Security and Policy from Texas A&M University, expected to be completed between 2024 and 2026. In terms of additional certifications, Eileen is an Excellence in Government Fellow from the Partnership for Public Service, obtained in 2017. Eileen is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
