Bob Wand has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Bob started their career in 1985 as a Senior Engineer at General Motors, where they developed custom software for concept vehicles and coordinated electronics installation. In 1991, they joined Revlon as a Systems Specialist before moving on to Princeton Financial Systems as a Senior Systems Analyst in 1993. At Wand Associates, INC, where they worked from 1994 to 2003, Bob served as a Senior Consultant, managing software development teams and working on a wide range of projects. In 2003, they became the Owner/Operator of Computer Troubleshooters before joining DOD Technologies Inc. in 2006. At DOD Technologies Inc., Bob initially worked as a Senior Director of Software Development, overseeing the development of embedded systems using Colorimetric technology. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where they continue to contribute to product development and mentor new employees.

Bob Wand earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1981 and 1985. Bob then pursued a Project Management Certificate Program at Villanova University from 2003 to 2004. Bob later obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they attended from 2011 to 2013.
