Douglas Gray serves as a Program Manager at ViaQuest, Inc. since April 2019, while also holding the position of Store Manager at Dodd Camera since June 2009, where responsibilities include staffing, payroll, scheduling, customer care, inventory, and site management. As a Sales and Photo Education Supervisor, Douglas designed classes to enhance customer understanding of photography, positively impacting sales. Previous experience includes independent contractor work from 1998 to 2010 coordinating care for individuals with health issues and serving as a case worker at Lifeway For Youth from 2003 to 2006, leading treatment teams for children in therapeutic foster care. Additionally, Douglas worked as a Registered Service Worker for the Clark County Board Mrdd from 1995 to 2001, focusing on vocational training and personal care plans. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in General Photography from the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Administration from Antioch University Midwest.
