Tomáš Redlich

Tomáš Redlich is a Group Process Manager currently leading Fleet process improvements across multiple countries and departments at DODO. Prior to this role, Tomáš was a Project Specialist responsible for ERP Oracle Netsuite implementation and HRIS implementation in five countries. Tomáš also served as a Category & Process Manager at MOL Česká republika, where they managed processes for the Retail department across various teams and service stations. Earlier in their career, Tomáš held front office positions in hotels, contributing to high rankings in the hospitality sector, and gained diverse experience in seasonal agricultural work in New Zealand. Tomáš is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
