Richard Ou

Richard Ou is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Doe, where efforts focus on reinventing work. As the youngest board member at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Richard contributes to the Center for Safe AI. Previously, Richard co-founded Agorum, an AI-driven solution for private events, and engaged in various roles including Board Advisor at Penn Engineering, Co-Organiser for Penn Blockchain, and Internship experiences at Fox Corporation and Goldman Sachs, highlighting a strong background in technology and analytics. Richard holds an MSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc in Physics from King’s College London.
