Wayne van

Wayne Van is an accomplished professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the VP of Technical Design at Dôen since August 2023. Previously held positions include Senior Director of Technical Design and RTW Operations at CULT GAIA and Director of Technical Design at Reformation, where Wayne transformed production processes and improved efficiency and client relations. With extensive experience in overseeing technical design across various companies, including Laundry by Shelli Segal and Ralph Lauren, Wayne has developed talent, established fit standards, and collaborated with design and production teams to enhance workflow and garment quality. Additionally, Wayne has contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at The New School, specializing in draping and construction techniques. Wayne holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
