Welcome to does recruitment, where talent meets purpose.

I'm Wouter Jaarsma, founder and fractional recruiter, and I’m here to help startups and mission-driven organizations build the teams they need to make a difference.

With over a decade of full-cycle recruitment experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, does recruitment has supported 25+ early-stage ventures in hiring their first key people — from founders and operators to engineers, growth leads, and climate experts.

Over the years, we’ve supported hiring across many sectors and roles.
Today, we focus on what feels urgent and important: helping early-stage ventures in climate, sustainability and deeptech find the talent they need to grow.

We offer flexible, high-impact recruitment support:
• Fractional & project-based hiring
• Founder-friendly sourcing & outreach workflows
• AI-powered recruitment flows using tools like Clay, Heyreach, Zapier & OpenAI
• And above all: a fast, clear, and human approach to hiring

Based in Barcelona and Amsterdam, working globally.

If you're building something that matters — and need the right people to help you scale — we’d love to hear from you.

does recruitment — does the job.
