Emir Cagan

Emir Cagan is a seasoned professional leading Taboola's operations in Türkiye, Africa, and the Baltics. They co-founded DogGO and previously served as a co-founder and strategy lead at DineandPay. Prior to their current role, Emir was a key figure at Taboola, working up through the ranks to director of expansion/emerging markets, where they managed significant publisher relationships and drove revenue growth across multiple regions. Emir's career also includes positions in sales and digital ad operations at Sözcü Gazetesi and a brief stint as a marketing assistant at MAP İletişim. Emir holds a degree in Public Relations from İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi.
