DGC was established in March 2018 by two engineers who were pillars in the engineering and construction market of UAE.  they joined hands to put together their proud and distinguished history of more than 26 years in the UAE, to form the core foundation of new company that is based on the knowhow and wide experience of its founders.  DOGMA evolves from the solid and diversified knowledge acquired by its founders during the course of executing multi-billion projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings to specialized marine and airports projects, in addition to schools and data centers.
