Palmer Truelson

Palmer Truelson is an experienced software consultant and technology leader with a robust background in software development and consultancy. Truelson currently serves as a Software Consultant at SmartNews since July 2024 and co-founded Dogpatch Technology in February 2011, where responsibilities include serving as Chief Technology Officer and product development. Previous roles include consulting at Evernote, where Truelson unified multiple client codebases into a single JavaScript library, and at Ampersand as a Full Stack Developer. Additionally, Truelson has experience in mobile software development with Massive Health and led the Render Team at Linden Lab, focusing on graphics engineering for Second Life. Truelson co-founded Windward Mark Interactive, contributing to the construction of a game engine and artist support tools. Truelson holds a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University.
