Barbara Thompson has a diverse background in the food service industry, with significant experience in operations and training. Starting as a Kitchen Manager at TGI Fridays from 1983 to 1989, Barbara advanced to serve as a Training Unit Manager at Sizzler USA from 1989 to 1996. Barbara then held the position of Director of Operations at Hmshost in Jersey Gardens Mall from 1996 to 2014.
