Ed Choe is an accomplished executive and Wendy's franchisee with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. They served as Division Vice President for Wendy's International from 1995 to 2000 and later held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President in the Northeast region and EVP of Restaurant Services. Choe was also President & Co-CEO of Doherty Enterprises, overseeing a multi-branded restaurant management company, and currently operates 19 Wendy’s locations in New York City. They are a retired Board Member with broad insights across different dining segments and continue their education in Hotel & Restaurant at Johnson & Wales University.
