Anton Pluschke is a builder and commercialisation leader currently building an innovative protein portfolio at Döhler. They co-founded Ordinary Seafood, where they developed award-winning plant-based seafood, secured significant funding, and expanded client partnerships. Anton previously held various academic roles, including Research Fellow and Lecturer at The University of Queensland and Australian Catholic University, and led research and development at vly and Cargill. They hold a PhD exploring dietary fibers' impact on digestive physiology and have advised numerous startups in the food and life sciences sectors.
