Sarah Schultz is an accomplished flavourist with extensive experience in flavour creation and development. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Flavour Creation in Sub Saharan Africa at DöhlerGroup since February 2022, Sarah has held various roles in the flavour industry, including Senior Flavourist and Flavourist. Prior to joining DöhlerGroup, Sarah spent nearly a decade at Synergy Flavors, where positions included Senior Sweet Flavourist and Sweet Flavourist. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked as a Junior Flavourist at Fuerst Day Lawson and as an Assistant Flavourist at Creative Flavors. Sarah Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
