Shereen Shadid has a strong background in customer service and sales within the chemicals and food technology sectors. Shereen served as Customer Service Manager for Levant & Iraq at DöhlerGroup from February 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, order creation in SAP, and logistics management across Levant countries. Prior to this role, Shereen was Team Leader Customer Service for LVI and Iraq at AB-CHEM For Chemicals & Raw Materials from June 2009 to January 2012, as well as Sales Manager responsible for raw materials sales and administration. Shereen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Technology from Jordan University of Science and Technology, earned between 2004 and 2008.
