Simon Teer

Simon Teer BA has extensive experience in flavor creation, with a focus on sweet and beverage flavors. Simon began as a Flavorist Trainee at Firmenich from January 2008 to February 2011, eventually advancing to a Flavorist role. At Givaudan, Simon served as a Flavorist II and Senior Flavourist specializing in beverage and sweet goods from August 2015 to August 2019. Following that, Simon worked at ADM from August 2019 to December 2020, supporting customers across various regions including Europe, the U.S., South America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As of January 2025, Simon holds the position of Regional Lead Flavourist for Fruits and Tea at DöhlerGroup, contributing to EU global creation efforts.
