Thomas Holste

Thomas Holste is currently the Head of Planning at DöhlerGroup, where they have been since 2025. They previously held the position of Head of Procurement and Material Management at FLENSBURGER BRAUEREI from 2022 to 2024, and served as Supply Chain Director at DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH from 2018 to 2020. As the founder of Tomás Olivenoel, they sold high-quality olive oil and other Spanish deli products from 2015 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Thomas worked at Mondelēz International as a Procurement Manager from 1987 to 2016 and directed milk management at Hochwald Foods GmbH between 2016 and 2018, overseeing extensive liquid raw milk intake. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Leibniz Universität Hannover from 1997 to 2000.
