Daniel Rathgeb is currently the Chief of Staff at Doing Things Media. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Clutch from July 2013 to February 2020. In this role, Daniel led the Customer Success Specialists, Support and Production teams, conducted Vendor Management on a company-wide level, and assisted and managed the team responsible for configuration and implementation of onboarding clients to the Clutch platform. Daniel also acted as a voice of the customer for product updates, analyzed tools and processes being utilized within the Operations department to decide whether to make changes and/or implement new tools for efficiency and productivity, managed customers and a book of business, recognized and conducted upsell opportunities within the client base, and assisted with integration projects to the Clutch APIs.

Before Clutch, Daniel was the Customer Success Manager at Rockbot from September 2016 to March 2017. In this role, they served as the Operational Lead for key client projects, traveled to client sites to assist in the onboarding process, worked with partners to complete integrations to the Clutch platform via SOAP and JSON APIs, acted as a liaison between Operations and other departments to promote interdepartmental communication, and aided sales with demos of the company products.

Daniel Rathgeb attended Roman Catholic High School and then Penn State University.

Their manager is Reid Hailey, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with David Sarfin - VP, Finance, Todd Anderman - President, and Christopher S. - VP, Rights Management.
