Izzy Delfino has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Client Liaison for Synergy HomeCare. In 2021, they joined Sips by as a Brand Marketing and Social Media Marketing Intern, where they created content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook paid ads, and owned the company's social strategy. In 2022, Izzy began working as a Brand Manager for Doing Things Media, where they managed the company's Animal accounts, curated content, analyzed performance, and created meme content.
