Martin Conway

Martin Conway is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at DoiT since September 2021, Martin has played a key role in scaling the organization from under 200 to over 600 employees, achieving a 100% offer close rate in FY 2023 and earning awards such as Top Performer in FY 2022 and the GTM Unsung Hero Award in July 2023.
