Zaar Hai

Zaar Hai is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud architecture and client services. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services for the APAC region at DoiT International since December 2019, Zaar has successfully expanded the consulting practice into Southeast Asia and Japan, introduced the OKR system, and led initiatives resulting in significant cost savings and process automations. Previously, Zaar held senior roles at Kaminario, where innovations included transitioning storage technology to the cloud and developing a data mining platform. Zaar co-founded ForNova, driving the company's cloud transition and infrastructure development, and has a solid foundation in software development and embedded systems from early roles in both the Israel Defense Forces and various technology firms. Zaar holds a degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
