John Klemunes is the President at Dokken Engineering and also serves as the San Diego Regional Manager. Prior to their current roles, John worked as the Northern California Regional Highway Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff and as a Project Manager at HDR Engineering, Inc. John previously held the title of Transportation Manager at Stantec and Roadway Manager at Dokken Engineering. John holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Statistics, Geotech, and Pavements from the University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
