Ken Chen

Ken Chen is currently an Associate Environmental Planner at Dokken Engineering, where Ken prepares CEQA/NEPA environmental documents for transportation projects and technical studies for Caltrans. Previously, Ken worked as an Associate Planner at Rincon Consultants, Inc., focusing on preparing CEQA environmental documents and technical studies. Ken also gained experience as a Planning Intern at the County of Santa Clara and the City of Davis. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis.
