Tim Osterkamp

Tim Osterkamp is currently a Senior Engineer at Dokken Engineering, where Tim has been working since July 2012. Prior to that, Tim held the same position at Quincy Engineering, Inc. from 2000 to 2012. Tim holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD from the University of California, Davis, which Tim obtained in 1988, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, completed in 1985.
