Dolan Foods locally and globally sources, imports, stores and distributes high-quality, niche protein products across Canada. Our strength is our expert knowledge of the supply and value chains - from the farm to the fork.

Dolan Foods also includes Gourmet Sausage. Founded on old-school, authentic sausage making from a generation ago - Gourmet Sausage now stands for hand-crafted, expertly butchered, customized, fully cooked, and ready-to-cook meats across Canada. This allows us to manufacture and further process for foodservice and grocery of virtually any size.

With our own DFI Logistics, we have become a leading force in the food-to-market industry, providing comprehensive services to meet the continuous demand for importing, clearing, and international shipping for perishable foods that are both frozen and fresh..
