John Chen

John Chen is a seasoned acoustic engineer with extensive experience in the audio industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Dolby Laboratories since August 2016, focusing on embedded audio design for laptop and AIO PCs. Previous roles include Senior Acoustic Engineer at Premium Sound Solutions, where John worked on automotive transducer development, and Product Specialist at Harman International, contributing to professional loudspeaker marketing and sound evaluation. Earlier career experience includes working as an Acoustic Engineer at FOSTER, also in automotive transducer development. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from South China University of Technology, completed in 2007.
