Mark Ma has over 18 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as IT Manager for Global Infrastructure at Dolby Laboratories since May 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure systems for the APAC region with a focus on stability, security, and productivity. Previous roles include Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer and IT Support Engineer at Dolby, as well as IT Support Engineer at Cisco Systems and IS Analyst at Silicon Graphics. Early in the career, Mark was an IT Engineer/IT Assistant Manager at Beijing City International School. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Union University and an earlier qualification in Building Environment from Beijing University of Technology.
