Bobby Coña is currently the Director of Agriculture Operations at Dole Philippines Inc., having previously served as Farm Manager at Del Monte Philippines and Agricultural Crop Technician at Monsanto Company. Bobby has over 15 years of experience in the agriculture sector, demonstrating adaptability to new technologies and work demands. In addition to their role at Dole, Bobby is a member of the Board of Directors for the Manolo Fortich Water District and has held the position of President and Chairman of the Board for the DMPI Employees Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative. Bobby earned a Master of Science in Soil Science and Agronomy from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
