Jonas Dandan is a licensed chemical engineer with a Master of Engineering in Innovation Management, earned from Ateneo de Davao University. Currently serving as a QA Superintendent at Dole Packaged Foods and Dole Food Company, Jonas has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement. For the past two years, they contributed to academia as a part-time faculty member in Chemical Engineering, sharing industry knowledge and fostering skills in future engineers. Jonas's dedication to continuous improvement is further reflected in their leadership of standardizing work processes and driving successful Kaizen initiatives.
