Sharon L. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and People Support at Dole Food Company since June 2023, Sharon previously held the position of Director of People and Culture at Mega Global Corporation from June 2020 to March 2023. Sharon's career also includes significant roles at Goodwin Communications Asia, Inc. as COO/Site Director and Director of Human Resources and Administration, as well as Director of HR, Accounts, and Operations at Business Staffing and Management, Inc.
