Brenae Young

Brenae Young, SHRM-CP, is a progressive Human Resources Director with a passion for creating optimal work environments for both hourly and exempt staff. With experience at Dollar General as a Senior Human Resources Manager and previously as a Supervisor and Human Resources Generalist, Brenae demonstrated effective leadership and employee engagement strategies that resulted in significant productivity improvements and low turnover rates. At Target, Brenae operated as an Operations Manager, successfully leading a large team and developing training plans that enhanced employee onboarding processes. Brenae is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
