Heather Allen

Heather Allen began their career with Dollar General in 2018 as a Sales Associate and quickly advanced to Assistant Store Manager and then Store Manager, maintaining a position in the top 5% of the company. In early 2022, they received the Circle of Excellence award and later accepted the role of District Manager. Prior to Dollar General, Heather worked as an Administrative Assistant at Central Florida Salon Management, where they supported multiple locations and salon professionals. Their earlier experience includes roles at The Home Depot as a Merchandising Execution Associate and at Sweetbay Supermarket as a Customer Service Manager.
