Iman Deberry

Iman DeBerry currently serves as Senior Director of HR Modernization at Dollar General, leading the design and enhancement of Human Resources programs within a company-wide initiative for Finance and HR Modernization. With extensive experience at Dollar General, Iman has held roles such as HR Modernization Director and Human Resources Director for the Private Fleet. Prior to this, Iman was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Dollar General Warehouse, overseeing various initiatives, and earlier worked at Target as an Operations Manager and Executive Intern. Iman holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Queens University of Charlotte and a Master's Degree in Science from Full Sail University, specializing in Entertainment and Mass Media.
