Jonathan Vazquez has extensive experience in talent management and sales leadership, currently serving as a Talent Manager at Dollar General since October 2022. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at PepsiCo, including Unit General Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing volume and revenue, and leading a sales team. With a solid background in multi-unit sales excellence as a District Manager at Connectivity Source and Brightstar Wireless, Jonathan developed store managers to enhance customer experience and surpass sales metrics. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Best Buy, where Jonathan managed operations, staff, and merchandising standards in mobile store environments. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
