Lisa de Perio

Lisa de Perio is an experienced professional currently serving as the Human Resources Senior Director at Dollar General. Previously, Lisa held various leadership roles at Bath & Body Works, including Vice President of Merchandising and Executive Sponsor of the Asian American Pacific Islander Resource Group. With a diverse background in retail merchandising across multiple companies, Lisa also contributed as a Vice President at The Michaels Companies, Inc. and held board membership at Goodwill Columbus. Lisa is pursuing advanced certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management, while also holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
