Matthew Sikes is an accomplished compliance and legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Dollar General, Sikes has previously held key positions including Chief Compliance Officer for Nissan Americas and Head of Compliance for Nissan North America. Sikes also contributed to Walmart Japan as VP & Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and served as Senior Director of Risk & Strategy for International Compliance at Walmart. Earlier in Sikes' career, the role of Associate General Counsel was undertaken at Fannie Mae.
