Mitchell Alm is an experienced leader in retail operations with over 33 years in the industry. Currently serving as the District Operations Manager at Dollar General since July 2020, Mitchell oversees 21 retail teams in the greater Cincinnati area, focusing on merchandising, operations, and associate training. Prior to this role, Mitchell held various positions at Kroger, including Director of Deli Fresh Food Service, Nonfoods/DrugGM/Natural Foods, Adult Beverage, and ultimately VP of Grocery/AB/NF and Operations.
